Bicycle Donations

Donate a bike. Change a life.

Do you have a unloved, unwanted or broken bicycle taking up space in your garage or basement? Do you have an unsold bike from Craig's List or Velo Swap? Set it free!

Donate your bike to TFKD/B and we will put it to work in our mountain biking program for underserved youth or, in the case of bikes that need a little TLC, fix it and pass it along to a underserved youngster without one.

We accept donated bikes of any size or type (mountain, road, hybrid, cross, cruiser, etc.) in fair condition or better (dusty not rusty, please) and are happy to arrange for pick-up.

Trips for Kids hosts used bike sales throughout the year. Donated bikes may be sold to support our youth cycling programs.

TFK Denver/Boulder is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization. All donations qualify for a tax deduction.

Drop-off Bicycle Donations at Treads or Lakewood REI

The friendly crew at Treads Bicycle Outfitters hosted a TFK bike drive in 2009 and has continued to accept donations at their stores in Parker, Lakewood, and Aurora. Click here to find a Treads near you.
